MAYIYA INVESTMENT LTD prides its self as the centre for excellence for farmers’ capacity building. We train farmers on good agricultural practices and business development on how to improve on their production and make profits. We deploy well thought out farm demonstrations and tailored made capacity building activities for group cohesion and dynamics. We monitor their activities as well as give them advisory and technical support services throughout the cropping cycle. We support our network of smallholder farmers to form cooperatives to operate as a legal entity. Through a process of accompanying and partnership, we work and support the development of these farmers groups into viable groups that facilitate and provide basic services to its members. Our network of extension officers facilitate these processes and in addition provide appropriate agronomic services and bring them up to speed on modern production technologies.
